Important information

  • When you arrive, it is important that the children remain on the bus. We ask you to inform a member of the amusement centre staff and to wait for our signal before removing the children from the bus.
  • The food and sweets sold in the amusement centre may contain traces of nuts and peanuts. Adults are strongly advised to be vigilant if they are accompanying children with these types of food allergy.
  • A cloakroom and dining area are reserved for your group. The location of these will be indicated to you on arrival.
  • The exact time of the meal will be given to you on arrival. This will depend on the actual number of participants during your visit.

Rules

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Parents or accompanying adults are responsible for supervising children who enter the Arcade Carie Factory Amusement Centre with them, as well as children they have invited.
  • An adult must be present at all times with any person or group of minors.
  • Children aged 3 and under must be accompanied by a person aged 14 and over in the play structures.
  • Lost or stolen tickets and tokens will not be refunded or replaced and have no cash value.
  • No food, drink or gum is allowed in the play areas.
  • It is forbidden to run outside the games.
  • It is forbidden to climb into the nets.
  • One person at a time per slide.

Deposit

  • 50% of the invoice amount is required at the time of booking.
  • In the event of cancellation, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the deposit is non-refundable.

Payment and late fees

  • Payments must be made by bank transfer or cheque made payable to "Les Immeubles Jacques Robitaille" - Arcade Carie Factory.
  • The invoice must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of the event. After 30 days, a monthly fee of 2% of the total invoice will be charged for late payment.
