GENERAL INFORMATION

 

DRESS CODE

Socks must be worn by children and adults. Shoes, boots and sandals are not allowed.

RESPONSIBILITY

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Accompanying adults are the only ones responsible for the children they enter with. Adult supervision is mandatory for any child under the age of 13. An adult must accompany children under 3 years of age in the maze. The toddler park is reserved exclusively for children under 36 months. The Arcade Carie Factory Amusement Center cannot be held responsible for any incident related to the violation of one or more of these rules. The staff reserves the right to expel any person violating one or more of these rules without a refund or compensation.

ADMISSION

Admission is valid for a maximum playing time of 3 hours. Lost tickets and tokens will not be refunded or replaced. They cannot be exchanged for cash.

FORBIDDEN

Food, drinks and sweets are forbidden in the play structures. It is forbidden to run, to climb the nets or the slides.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 41 days or more before the planned; date: 100% refundable;
• 40 to 30 days: 85% refundable;
• 29 to 25 days: 75% refundable;
• 24 to 15 days: 50% refundable;
• 14 days or less: NON-refundable.

MODIFICATION OF INCLUSIONS

The included elements in each package cannot be exchanged, credited of refunded. Example: A client that choses a package for 6 children, but shows up with only 5 children will have no credit nor refund. Any added element to the package—tokens, tickets for the 4D ride, slush, etc.—is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash.
