What is the Arcade Carie Factory Amusement Center?
It is a family arcade located inside Hotel MUST, near Québec City. It offers more than 60 arcade games, virtual reality games, a 4D ride, Ball-O-City and a play maze. With admission, you play as much as you want, with no tokens needed.
What activities are available?
More than 60 arcade games (race cars, dance games, skill games and more), a 4D ride with moving seats, 3D glasses, wind and surround sound, Ball-O-City, where thousands of balls are propelled through different machines, and a play maze with slides and obstacle courses.
Are there pinball games?
Yes, there are several pinball machines.
Tickets, rates and subscriptions
How much do the games cost?
Admission grants unlimited access to all games, with no tokens required.
Do I need to buy tokens to play?
No. Admission gives you unlimited access to the games for the day. Only the 4D ride costs extra.
How do I buy tickets?
You can buy your tickets online and save 10% compared to on-site prices. A ticket office is also available at the entrance at the regular price. A family combo is available. Admission prices do not include the 4D ride.
What payment methods are accepted?
Only card payments are accepted. Taxes are extra.

How long is admission valid?
Admission is valid for the day of your reservation. Lost tickets and tokens are not refunded or replaced and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Do you offer a subscription?
Oui. Nous proposons des abonnements saisonniers qui donnent un accès illimité aux arcades et au labyrinthe de jeux pendant toute la période de l’abonnement. Deux options sont offertes : 1 adulte + 1 enfant, ou admission individuelle. L’abonnement est personnel et non transférable. Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. The Arcade Carie Factory gift card can be achetée en ligne.

Is there an end-of-day discount?
Yes. Arrive 1h30 before closing and get 30% off. Check the opening hours at the bottom of the page to plan your visit.
Is there a discount on children’s parties?
Yes. Enjoy 20% off children’s parties every Friday and Saturday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Evening spots fill up fast, so be sure to book in advance to secure your date.
Can offers be combined?
No. The offers on the Rates page cannot be combined with any other promotion or combo.
Rules and safety
Is there a minimum age?
Virtual reality, the 4D ride, Ball-O-City and the maze are open to children 2 years old and up. Admission is free for babies 12 months and under.
Are socks mandatory?
Yes. Socks must be worn by both children and adults. Shoes, boots and sandals are not allowed in the play structures.
Do children need to be accompanied by an adult?
Yes. An adult must be present for children 13 and under. Children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult in the play maze. Accompanying adults are responsible for supervising the children who enter with them.
Can we bring food?
Food, drinks and sweets are not allowed in the play structures. For children’s birthday parties, everyone can bring the food they want to the reserved table.
Are strobe lights used?
Yes. Rapid pulse lighting (strobe lights) is used in the establishment.
Children’s parties
Can we host a children’s birthday party?
Yes. Our children’s parties are based on a group of 6 children and 2 adults; additional admissions can be added depending on the capacity of each room, up to a maximum of 8 children and 4 adults. Three packages are available: shared room, Pac-Man Room and Pixel Room. Each package includes 3 hours of access to the arcade games and play structures for the whole group, 1 4D ride admission per person, 1 slush per child, 1 surprise gift for the birthday child and, for 3 hours, a reserved table (shared room) or the rental of the chosen room.
Can we bring a cake to the party?
Yes. To make planning easier, you can bring your own cake and snacks.
Can we order pizza for the party?
Yes. 12-slice pizzas, pepperoni or cheese, can be added as an option to your package when you book online, as can candy cones. Pizza is served at a set time according to your reservation block: 11:30 a.m. for the morning, 3:30 p.m. for the afternoon and 7:30 p.m. for the evening.
Can a children’s party be changed or cancelled?
Up to 7 days before the scheduled date, the reservation date can be changed; within 7 days, no changes can be made. No refunds are possible. In exceptional situations, please contact us by phone.
Groups and events
Do you offer packages for schools, daycares and day camps?
Yes. The Private Group package is available for schools, daycares, day camps and any other private group, adults included. It includes a reserved table, access to the arcade games, the maze and Ball-O-City, and 3 hours of unlimited games. Admission is free for 1 accompanying adult per group of 6 children. The 4D ride is extra.
What is the cancellation policy for private groups?
100% refundable 41 days or more before the scheduled date, 85% from 40 to 30 days, 75% from 29 to 25 days and 50% from 24 to 15 days. Within 14 days, the reservation is non-refundable.
Do you offer candy cones for events?
Yes. We prepare personalized candy cones for parties, celebrations and corporate events. A minimum order of 10 cones is required and a deposit is requested when booking.
