Deposit
50% of the invoice amount is required at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, the deposit is non-refundable.
Payment and late fees
Payments must be made by bank transfer or cheque made payable to "Les Immeubles Jacques Robitaille" - Arcade Carie Factory.
The invoice must be paid in full within 30 days of the date of the event. After 30 days, a monthly fee of 2% of the total invoice will be charged for late payment.
